Terrible business practices. Buyer beware. Fighting to get a refund for returned product. Do not trust this company
So upset right now. I bought a pair of jeans before the pandemic shutdown and after wearing them a few times, the butt split out in them. Brand spanking new jeans split out in an area where they cannot be restitched. Anyway, I got ahold of Buckle through email and they told me that they will not replace my jeans and do not warranty them. So I pay over a hundred dollars for jeans to rip after a few times of wearing them? This is insane. I have been buying jeans for an outrageous price for years, but I will NEVER buy again from here if they do not back their product. Beyond upset.

I HAVE NEVER DONE ON LINE ORDERS WITH THEM OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER BECAUSE I DONT TRUST ON LINE ORDER SIGHTS.I have ordered from them like this for years. Soo they lost money.
I went into the store in Murfreesboro TN last weekend with my husband. This one employee locked eyes on my husband and asked if he needed any help. I told her we were fine. She a few minutes later came back and as I was standing there beside my husband she was deadlocked on him again and just stared. She finally noticed that I was watching her so she walked off. She later came right back to where we were and was still staring at my husband
I don't even recall her blinking at any point
I spoke up and confronted the half dressed girl and my husband and I left the store without purchasing the pants he was on the hunt for. So we went back the next weekend the girl from the previous week was not there my husband grabbed the pair of pants he wanted and we was gonna try them on and another little hussey came and took the pants out of my husband's hand and walked into the dressing room with him and was wanting to help him if he needed to swap sizes I told her I was more than capable of taking care of my husband we didn't need her help. I spoke to the manager I was extremely mad and shaking all over as I told the manager how whoring this place is the way they are running around the store half dresses and to busy trying to flirt with people's men. Ti me this place is nothing but a whole house salimg clothes. NO RESPECT FOR THE COMPANY AND THERE SELVES. WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.It Really pissed my husband off to. He was really Really ticked both times.
The quality of these jeans has gone way down hill in the past 5 years. They used to cost about $100 but they would last for years! The pair I bought a week ago, for $70, fell apart on the first day. The button literally was hanging on by a string. I couldn’t believe it! They also couldn’t order the correct size for me. Why would you not be able to order my size? It makes no sense and I have a very common size! I thought this was an isolated incident but I’ve now heard multiple people say their buckle jeans ripped on their first time putting them on. I returned the jeans no problem which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Save your money and go somewhere less expensive or a better quality!
Ordered these shoes over almost 3months ago got the first 2pair which wasn't to bad so now been waiting on the other six pair emailed them a few times also said just send my funds back then the final respond so today two pairs of shoes show up smelling like gasoline and a hot mess they done glues some foam together this ain't right I spent $112 with them WARNING DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PPL! Check these out they just put sum glue on these cause product is strong soon as you open bag and these what came out and the whit shoes smell bad and feel like foam and it's not right
Don't wear bibs in the buckle they'll call the police. Even though my Carhartt outfit was worth more than a buckle outfit. I'll be ashamed
I bought shoes and kept them for one year but when I finally wore them the year after I walked 0.3 miles and they broke! They refused to refund my money
Wow, so disappointed. Buckle has always been my go to, for jeans. Not anymore, the jeans split right next to the back pocket after only wearing them a few times. I didn’t keep my receipt but all I was asking for was to exchange them for the same exact jeans. The manager said no, and then added that sometimes using fabric softener could cause the jeans to tear. I don't use fabric softener. Terrible product support. Sadly my favorite jean store is no longer my favorite.
I made an online purchase. I live 1 1/2 hours from the closest store. I spent several hour picking out 8 items for my upcoming vacation. I used Paypal 4 payment plan. I paid $75.00 upfront with the rest being paid over 6 weeks. My transaction went through my bank account. A few days later I received a refund. They rejected my order! Never sent me an email or anything. What a waste of time! Now I don't have what I need for my trip. I have purchase so much from the buckle over the years. I have filled more punch cards then I can count. Never again. Terrible service!!
I have bought BKE jeans that lasted years. Now they dont last 3 months. To whom ever listens, the jeans are going the wrong the wrong direction. Your jeans were the best and well worth the price. No longer =(
I just wanted to say thank you for the way you handled the situation at the mall Saturday afternoon. My daughter and her friends were at the mall and ran into your store when the shooting happened. You made them feel safe and as a Mama who couldn't be in the mall at that time I truly thank you. Your staff was amazing and I am forever grateful for your amazing team. Westroads mall In Omaha Ne.
Once u make order online and return it they take forever returning your funds back only shop in store don’t shop online with buckle
My son is extremely picky with clothing and Buckle is definitely his go to store. I too love their clothes especially their FOX line.
I also feel the staff is super friendly and makes you feel like you belong in their store. My son is 17 and I'm a mid 50's mom. Alot of stores make people feel very unwelcomed. The other thing is, their return policy is wonderful and stress free. The Buckle store, to my son and i, is bar none.
